Our feet take us everywhere we want to be every day. Yet we don't usually stop to think about the fact that they move our entire weight and sometimes have to bear the brunt of it. Especially in sports, this is the case and we do not spare our feet.

It is only when complaints arise that our posture also involuntarily changes to relieve the feet. This can cause knee, hip, back or neck pain.
